What does Nonviolent Communication (NVC) mean?
It’s a way
to understand life:
— every human being has a natural desire to facilitate the welfare of others
— all actions of a human being is an attempt to satisfy universal human needs

to communicate:
— to be able to hear/distinguish observations, feelings, needs, and requests in communicating with others
— to be able to distinguish and inform others about their observations, feelings, needs, and requests
It’s a way
to use your own power and authority:
— to use the power and authority given to you in a way that helps to achieve mutual understanding
— to use the authority given to you make decisions that will be beneficial for each individual involved in the communication
